A resident of a Belgian TC (therapeutic community) is transgender and wants to start hormone therapy. This is the first time the team is confronted with this situation and they would like to benefit from the experience of other TCs. The Ecett Academy made a call to the network and received three positive responses. Coaching sessions were planned during which the director of an Italian TC was able to share the experience of his team with the director and the team of the Belgian TC.
