The resulted music making derives from improvisational and structured rhythmic activities that do not require technical skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Basic information about \u201cARGO\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ecett.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Picture-1-1.png\" \/><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pertains to the National Health System and especially to the Psychiatric Hospital of Thessaloniki<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It deals with any kind of dependency from illegal drug (heroin, cocaine, cannabis, stimulants etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Offers its services to adult individuals<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drug free, non residential program<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Services are provided free of charge<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Services are provided without any kind of discrimination, regardless of race, beliefs, creed, sex, nationality, sexual preferences, physical disabilities, political tendencies, criminal record of financial status<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ecett.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/argo-krousta-epafi30-3.jpg\" width=\"366\" height=\"245\" \/>What are percussions used for<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as a means for creative expression and communication<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to develop a sense of belonging to a team and creating the prerequisites for connecting with self and others<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">to develop the ability for verbal and non-verbal communication<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to realize the way to communicate with others, set common goals and cooperate for succeeding them<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> they are not required technical skills as they mainly aim at producing therapeutic outcomes.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Structure\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"list-style-type: upper-alpha;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Members are invited to express how they feel\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Warm-up activities:\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">Rhythmic games, Body activation, Focusing in \u201chere and now\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\"><span style=\"font-size: 0.95em;\">Action: Sit in a circle and choose one percussion instrument<\/span><\/span>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0&#8211; Improvisational activities: Imagination, freedom, expression of emotions<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0&#8211; Structured activities: cooperation, responsibility, creativity<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Feedback: We discuss the process of the session\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Improvisation activities<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ecett.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/Picture-3.png\" \/>We suggest starting with eyes closed and silence.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201ctalk\u201d in a rhythmic way: everyone is free to speak their rhythmical spirit, and nobody takes charge, leads, or teaches the group<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSound journey\u201d: we choose and take next to us whatever instruments we need. we take 10 breaths. and whoever wants to produce sounds either with the body or with an instrument starts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe storm\u201d: we create the movement to the peak and the relaxation of a storm producing sounds of wind, rain, lightning.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright\" style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Demands cooperation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Everyone can propose a rhythm music theme<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All together we decide which one we will play<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Everyone has his own role and plays according to his\/her ability<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All together (not only the facilitators) we \u201cbuild\u201d it<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We practice in order to synchronize as a team<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our final goal is the performance in front of an audience<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a very creational procedure in which all members of the group are involved.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Evaluation after the performance<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong them<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How\/if get over the fear of exposing themselves (or not) in front of the audience\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questionnaires, open questions and sentimental involvement<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guidelines are given in a simple manner just to feel the member can manage
